Emke Schaab doesn't enforce any penalties on our rental customers should they decide to buy out or remove their equipment. In fact, we will come remove our equipment for free.

Ductwork Modifications

Has your home changed since it was built? If so, the duct work may not be properly sized. Improperly sized ductwork causes your furnace to not be able to breathe. One of our salespeople can come and take measurements of changes that need to be completed, and quote you on it. Then one of our sheetmetal technicians will manufacture the new ductwork for you and our qualified sheetmetal technicians will come and replace the improperly sized duct work with the new properly sized duct.
