Emergency Service Checks

Before calling for HVAC emergency service, please read the related FAQ below. It may avoid a call or help diagnose your problem quicker.

Geothermal - No Heat
  1. Make sure batteries are good in your thermostat
  2. Raise the thermostat to its upper limit.
  3. Check that the air filter is clean.
  4. Reset the breaker at the electrical panel
  5. If problem persists, call us @ 519-881-1250
Oil - No Heat
  1. Make sure batteries are good in your thermostat.
  2. Raise the thermostat to its upper limit.
  3. Verify the switch is on.
  4. Check the fuse/breaker at the electrical panel.
  5. Make sure you have fuel.
  6. Press reset on the burner - only once.
  7. If problem persists, call us @ 519-881-1250.
Gas/Propane - No Heat
  1. Make sure batteries are good in your thermostat.
  2. Raise the thermostat to its upper limit.
  3. Verify the switch is on.
  4. Check the fuse/breaker at the electrical panel.
  5. Check fuel supply is ok.
  6. If problem persists, call us @ 519-881-1250.
Air Conditioner Not Working
  1. Make sure batteries are good in your thermostat.
  2. Lower thermostat to its lowest setting.
  3. Verify the air filter is clean.
  4. Check fuse/breaker at the disconnect by unit.
  5. Check fuse/breaker at your electrical panel.
  6. If problem persists, call us @ 519-881-1250
