Rental Water Heaters

Why worry about cold shower and unexpected repair costs?
You need hot water, and renting takes the worry of large repair bills away. Through the Emke Schaab ClimateCare rental program, water heaters are installed by Emke Schaab ClimateCare or an authorized subcontractor, and maintained by Emke Schaab ClimateCare. Mixing valves are extra to the contract, but must be installed as per building code.

Rental Water Treatment

Hard water stains are not fun, and neither is your white clothes turning yellow from iron. We can help with both situations.
Bring a sample of untreated water to our office and depending on your concerns, we can test the water in our office or send it away for free testing by a water lab. We then recommend the unit that will fix your water troubles.

Renting you water treatment unit means that if anything happens to your unit, like the resin goes bad or the head needs rebuilt, the costs are covered by the monthly rental payments.
