Annual Maintenances

Did you know that your equipment manufacturer recommends annual or biennial maintenances on your heating and cooling units? A regularly performed maintenance ensures your unit is working properly, while lowering your energy costs and prolonging the life of your unit. When your unit has a maintenance, it is getting cleaned, filters changed (if required), belt checked, heat exchanger checked, pressures tested, temperatures measured and operation checked.

Protection Plus Plans:

A Protection Plus Plan is an added insurance for your equipment. If something goes wrong with your equipment, parts and labour are covered by the Protection Plus Plan – some exceptions. This is ideal if the warranty on your unit has expired to avoid high repair bills.

We Care Maintenance:

A WeCare Maintenance is ideal for a newer unit that is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This option comes with a 10% discount on repairs.
